Emma Murtagh
Managing Director

With over 20 years office experience, Emma has been with the company since it’s inception in 2012. Emma is a very proactive and involved Director who is happy to spend time with new clients to help ensure their business functionality requirements are fully realised.

Throughout her career Emma has worked for many large companies, including East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust, Field Packaging, Center Parcs and Woolworths.

Emma is highly organised and adaptive to the changing requirements of clients and works hard to ensure that clients needs are met and exceeded.

Glen Murtagh
Technical Director

Glen has worked in software design and development since achieving his BSC in Computer Sciences in 1999. He is the driving force behind the multifaceted functionality applications which are now integral to the working practices of clients such as Microsoft, Vodafone, BT and Terex.

Along with Emma, Glen will be the first point of contact for all new clients to discuss requirements and suggest ways to maximise business efficiency, offering unique ideas on how to help streamline business practices.

Danny Mulroy
Service Delivery Manager

Our Operations Consultant Danny has extensive experience in designing, implementing and managing Windows based server systems. This includes HP Proliant and Dell Poweredge Servers. Data centre design and management to TIA -942 standards.

Throughout his career Danny has worked for various companies including Agilisys, The Royal Borough of Kingston and the London Borough of Sutton.

Danny is proficient in an assortment of technologies, most notably VMware 5.0, Citrix Xencentre 6.2, UCS Blade Infrastructure (including flexipod Technologies ), Windows Active Directory 2012, Windows Server 2003 to 2012, Systems Management Server 2003, Microsoft Operations Manager 2005, Microsoft SQL Server 2000-2008, HP Rack Insight Management Server 4.5, HP Rack Infrastructure Design & Management and TCP/IP (incorporating WINS/DHCP/DNS) 

Susi Witham
Developer (SQL)

Susi is our SQL Developer and works closely with the larger developer team.

She is highly skilled at developing and creating documents, as well as testing and debugging new and existing  software systems and applications.

Before Susi joined us she was an Application Support Specialist and Trainer involved in the implementation of the extensive Northgate Housing Management system, incorporating solution design, data cleansing, identifying functionality gaps, assessing training needs, producing procedure guides and reports and more.  Susi also excelled in her work with London Borough of Tower Hamlets as an IT Trouble Shooter and thrives on investigating and resolving complex user issues.

Susi is proficient in various systems, most notably Microsoft SQL Server (building queries, stored procedures and functions, writing transact SQL), Crystal report and business objects, MS Office Applications including DB Development, Agresso Financial System, JD Edwards, IRAS, PAT400B and AS400, Toad, Tigerterm and Oracle.

Elliott Rumens
Junior Developer

Elliott is the newest member of the company, but is proving to be a great asset to the technical team.  He is also one of the IT support team and is ready and able to help diagnose and resolve any issues that may arise.

Elliott is skilled in website design, database repairs, internal knowledge base creation and first line support for busy help desks.

Although fairly new to the industry, Elliott is proving himself to be a quick learner and particularly adept at both website design and ticket system management.

Roger Bentley
Sage Support

Roger came through the ranks after being trained by IBM, becoming qualified on RPG and IBM system/3 mini computers. From here Roger worked on NCR century mini’s using the FORTRAN language and DEC PDP equipment. From coding he moved on to systems analysis and system development then on to Data Processing Manager for Bell Fruit Manufacturing. To further his knowledge and development he accepted the role of European Development Manager for a large London based Consultancy and was responsible for analysis and coding of Production and Manufacturing systems for large European companies. Roger moved into current day PCs when he was head hunted by a Nottinghamshire PC computer service company to sell/install and train on Sky products, now known as Sage. He was instrumental in achieving Sage Developer status and took the company into top three of UK Sage Developer league. More recently he has been fundamental in helping GEM Software support Sage with large bespoke elements.

Roger has worked for P H Foods, Cadbury/Bournville, Deutsche Conte-Handelsgesellschaft mbH, JCB, Good Year Tyres and various other multinational companies in his long and varied career.

Stuart Filsell
Sage Support

Stuart's coding skills have been honed over four decades. Ever the early adopter, in the late 1970s he developed an interest in microcomputers leading him to buy one of the first Apple Micros imported to the UK. Creating increasingly complex databases in his spare time, he was spurred to move on from the family Civil Engineering business and form his own computer hardware and software company in 1980. He has developed extensive experience in many programming languages including C-plus and Dbase, becoming a Fellow of the Institute of Analysts and Programmers.

Stuart has worked with a wide range of clients including Courtaulds, Boots, Orion Airways, Terex and Rolls-Royce. He now works as a Software Consultant specialising in Sage and, even with 40 years' experience in the industry, maintains his coding skills to meet the demands of the rapidly evolving industry.
